GSP has more than 30 employees in the administrative system, including 18 people with college degree or above, 2 people with senior professional titles, and 13 people with various types of technical talents. In recent years, the administrative system of GSP has actively pioneered and innovated, fought bravely and dared to take responsibility from the aspects of employee training, organization construction, epidemic prevention and control, and made outstanding contributions to promoting the high-quality development of enterprises and the stability of the workforce.
Strengthen skills training and improve the quality of employees
GSP administrative system actively builds a learning organization and cultivates the ability of employees to find lifelong employment. Various training courses for positions and future development have been developed for all employees of the company to actively improve the ability level of front-line workers. There are more than 40 employees were organized to participate in the educational upgrading program of National Open University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics and other institutions.
In order to continuously cultivate compound talents in line with development, the administrative system has been offering long-term courses like capacity enhancement classes for young managers and capacity enhancement classes for workshop team leaders, with an annual average of more than 10,00 training sessions to comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of employees. Therefore, the confidence of employees has been enhanced, employee turnover has been significantly reduced, the workforce has been stabilized, and the demand for talents for high-quality development of the enterprise has been guaranteed.
Take full advantages of the group and unite the strength of workers
Under the unified deployment of the administrative system, the Party Committee of the Group associated with GSP Trade Union, the Communist Youth League, the Enterprise Science and Technology Association and other organizations built a new cultural activity venue for employees such as a gym, a stuff reading room, and a lactation room. Besides, projects such as encouraging the spirit of artisans and rehabilitating industrial employees were implemented, competitions for stuff were organized. A series of activities such as labor songs dedicated to the party, citizen art troupes entering the crown, science popularization culture publicity, and celebration of the centenary of the founding of the party were carried out, with a total of more than 3,000 people participating.

Coordinate epidemic prevention and control, help enterprise development
The administrative system of GSP took responsibility for prevention and control of epidemic. Under the direction of administrative director Ni Zhenzhen, employees such as Ding Sanhua and Hu Bin actively coordinated with government departments during the early stages of the epidemic, and overcame the shortage of personnel and materials, promoting GSP to become the first batch of enterprises in Ouhai District to get back to work and production.
During the period of normalized epidemic prevention and control, the administrative system will make overall plans for the formulation of special management measures for key epidemic prevention and control matters like travel of personnel in medium and high risk areas, sanitize control of imported goods, and NAT for all employees in docking medical institutions. Strengthen the implementation of subsidiaries in Nanjing, Jiasheng, Shanghai and other places, and provide epidemic prevention materials for overseas subsidiaries, ensuring the safety of workers and assets of the entire group.
