The opening ceremony of the first phase of GSP "Xianlong" Class (means seeing the dragon) was successfully held in Zhejiang Gongshang University(ZJSU) on June 10, 2022. There were 34 outstanding students and tutors of the Group attended.

“Xianlong” Class is jointly run by GSP and MBA School of ZJSU.  This project adopts the combination of online and offline learning,  internal and external lecturers, tutor-led project seminars and independent learning, on-campus learning and on-the-job training, and other multi-dimensional learning models. It  is expected to cultivate a group of potential management teams with  fine business, good management and understanding of management in a year. 

Associate Professor Li Chang, Assistant Dean of MBA School of ZJSU, delivered a welcome speech.

All  of the students were warmly welcomed by Professor Li, who also  discussed the historical background of the partnership between the  school and GSP and extolled its talent development program.

In order to support the first phase of the GSP "Xianlong" Class Professor Li said he would enlist the help of the MBA School faculty  at ZJSU. He expressed his hope that the class would be a success and  that all of the students would enjoy their time in school.

Subsequently, Miss Ni, administrative director of GSP, made a training mobilization.

Miss Ni is thrilled to have the opportunity to meet with everyone in Hangzhou today after the twists and turns of the "Xianlong" Class as a result of the pandemic scenario.

First  of all, she affirmed the project results of the joint education with  the MBA School of ZJSU – GSP "Youth Management Class". About one-third  of the students in the "Youth Management Class," a group of dedicated,  professional, and professional students, have had the chance to advance  and improve.

Secondly,  Mr. Ni expressed his gratitude to the instructors and internal trainers  who taught the "Xianlong" Class and expressed the hope that they would  uphold their original goals in leading the students, support the quick  growth of the new families, and foster the talents of the Group.

Century-old enterprises must need talents to support the long-term development of enterprises, "Xianlong" Class belongs  to the echelon of talent training in an important echelon. Ni hopes  that the trainees will value the chance, foster conversations, absorb  knowledge from their mentors and peers with an empty cup mindset, being  able to hold up a better tomorrow, and recognize their own worth.

Everyone jumped enthusiastically into the classroom following the opening ceremony.

In the afternoon, Professor Yang Yiqing, director of the Zhejiang Merchants Museum and professor of the School of Business Administration in ZJSU, conducted the course "Zhejiang Regional Economic Transformation and Zhejiang Business Choices",  which explained the dilemma of the current economic environment.  Development is the last word, living is the truth, Professor Yang used  cases to illustrate how Zhejiang businessmen should survive in the  predicament. It was a great inspiration to the students. 

After the course, a visit was made to the Zhejiang Merchants Museum, which  displayed many outstanding Zhejiang private entrepreneurs since the  reform and opening up. The museum uses multimedia, video and other  forms, with a sense of scene, real people and strong interactivity,  showing the visiting students a history of Zhejiang economic  entrepreneurship and innovation. 

On the evening of June 10, everyone became familiar with each other during the class construction session. And then they selected the members of the class committee.

On June 11th, all instructors and trainees carried out class quality development activities at the Shuiying Mountain Villa base.

With  the three expansion activities, all the members of the team united as  one, worked together, and actively exerted their wisdom and talents to  successfully complete each goal.

On June 12, Huang Zhengrong, Financial Director of GSP, launched the course "Becoming an Excellent Workplace Person", interpreting the qualities needed in the workplace, hoping that the trainees would improve their personality, become "workplace figures" through struggle, and recognize themselves, create value. 

After that, Professor Shen Zuoqing of ZJSU carried out the course "The True Colors of the Iron Army - How to Refine the Execution Pioneer", which explained the definition and  characteristics of execution, and the trainees needed to correct their  role as executors, take the initiative in everything and go all out.
