ALLOn February 26th, 2025, the Annual Marketing Conference, themed "Unwavering Progress Towards Excellence," commenced in Wenzhou. The conference was attended by the founder, Jiaru Zhou, the CEO, Richard Zhou, members of the company's Executive Management Team (EMT), heads of various business units and departments, and over 200 employees from the marketing system.
In the past year, the marketing team has broken records in traveling to global markets, visiting international clients, and expanding worldwide business. Through their "Go to Market" vision and global footprint, the marketing team demonstrated the power of "going global" during their travels in 2024. Over the past year, the team actively responded to changes in the business environment, seized market opportunities and strengthened growth capabilities.
To further shorten delivery times and improve efficiency, Operations Director Yanfeng Hou proposed that this year, the operations system would collaborate with marketing to establish a marketing forecasting model, bringing it closer to market trends. Popular models will gradually shift from made-to-order to made-to-stock production, adopting a reservoir-style management approach. The focus will also be on product management and standard-setting, continuously enhancing production flexibility and establishing diversified production models to meet differentiated product needs.
