WENZHOU, China – On the morning of April 4, GSP Automotive Group held a grand ceremony to mark the official relocation to its new Global Headquarters. At exactly 9:58 a.m., as the golden scissors cut the ribbon and celebratory cannon fire echoed through the air, the new smart headquarters—built over 1,082 days—officially came into operation.
The new headquarters integrates offices, exhibition spaces, reception areas, and recreational facilities. From blueprint to reality, every brick and beam reflects the dedication of the builders who turned this vision into a modern, intelligent workspace.
Mr. Richard Zhou, CEO of GSP, along with members of the EMT, attended the ceremony.

From a Small Alley to a Global Hub
In 1985, Mr. Zhou Jiaru, founder and Chairman of GSP, started the company's entrepreneurial journey in a small, unassuming residential house in a lane near Dongqiao, Wenzhou. In 1993, the company built its first factory at No. 8 Gaoge Road, Ouhai District. In 2003, GSP moved its headquarters to No. 1 Gaoxiang Road, Ouhai District. And on April 4, 2026, GSP officially moved into its new headquarters—located at the "Bull's Head" of Niushan.
Design Language: Simplicity, Landscape, Ark, and Futurism
The architectural design of the new headquarters blends simplicity, natural landscape elements, an ark-like form, and a futuristic vision. The flowing lines evoke the imagery of "mountains and seas"—mountains representing the company's commitment to its industrial roots, and the sea symbolizing its ambition to embrace the world. The building not only integrates into the city where GSP was born but also sets sail toward a broader future. It conveys not just an aesthetic, but a way of working: focused, determined, and moving forward step by step.
The new headquarters will serve as a new window for GSP to engage with the world and for the world to know GSP.

CEO's Address: A Home That Brings Confidence and Peace of Mind
In his speech, CEO Richard Zhou expressed sincere gratitude to all the builders and every GSP employee who contributed to the completion of the headquarters.
"Every brick and tile of this building embodies the hard work and long-term dedication of the builders," he said. "Standing in front of this new home, which has taken so much effort to complete, our greatest feeling is not just its beauty or grandeur, but a deep sense of peace and confidence. This new home will make our work happier and strengthen our resolve and confidence for the future."
He emphasized that GSP has built more than just an office complex. "This is our new home—a platform to support GSP's continuous innovation, global operations, organizational evolution, and cultural synergy. The completion of this headquarters marks a solid step toward our long-term goals: to build a century-old enterprise, achieve a hundred billion market value, and reach a trillion-dollar market."

Looking Ahead: Dual-Drive Strategy and New Growth Engines
Looking to the future, GSP will continue to pursue its "Market + Technology" dual-drive strategy, deepening its focus on its core automotive components business while actively exploring frontier fields such as solid-state batteries and robotics. These efforts aim to unlock long-term growth opportunities and build a "new engine" for high-quality development.
