ALLOn March 14th, GSP held the 40th-anniversary series event – "Women in the Auto Parts Industry Salon" by the South Pond River. The salon featured five female executives from the company, each sharing insights around five themes: warmth, resilience, confidence, rationality, wisdom, and independence.
The CEO Richard Zhou attended the event. He said: "The Chinese saying that women are a powerful force in society is fully reflected at GSP. It is seen in their meticulous approach to complex technical challenges, keen observational skills in responding to market changes, and warm and cohesive team collaboration. Their contributions are not only the driving force behind our progress but also an integral part of GSP's culture."
Secretary of the Board and Legal Director, Beibei Ding, jokingly referred to herself as a “seasoned brick mover,” emphasizing the importance of women using both strength and softness to build a balanced and professional image. Drawing from her career, she said that every woman is unique and can live differently in the workplace without being defined. “Every woman is like a flower rushing towards spring, blooming in her own way,” she added.
Autumn Lamb, the only foreign executive present and the Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy for GSP North America, shared her experience of delivering a speech to 400 women during the salon. Her presentation, themed "Sew Your Own Seeds," included a particularly poignant remark: "We are all different flowers in the garden, each on our own unique path."
