On April 22, 2023, GSP and UKAT reached a shareholder agreement to establish a worldwide auto parts industry chain platform in Wenzhou, China.

The new cooperation stage has a firm foundation as GSP and UKAT already have passed some years of very successful strategic cooperation and our mutual vision is to become a leading Driveline parts supplier in the industry.

UKAT is a top automotive aftermarket manufacturer in China with 23 years of experience in propshaft parts manufacturing.

GSP is a leading supplier for global aftermarket and OE business, who has very successfully developed the business in worldwide nearly 40 years with a well established and professional team located in Europe, US, Mexico etc. providing not only services and sales support to the customers but also catalogue data, logistical services.
