In order to enhance the team awareness of employees, cultivate the spirit of teamwork, and show the fighting spirit of each employee, on April 29, 2022, GSP Academy organized all employees of Jiasheng Company to carry out the experience and expansion activity.

Mr. Niu Jiaxing, the host of this activity, made an opening introduction and explained the specific projects and rules of this activity.

In his opening remarks, Deng Jianwu, Director of Jiasheng Company, thanked all of the instructors present and hoped that each employee would dedicate himself to the development activities, think creatively, have the courage to assume responsibility for the expansion activities, and jointly accomplish the team goals. At the same time, it should be taken as a valuable exercise opportunity, combine it with practical work, and put all into achieving the company's objectives.

In accordance with the host's instructions, 16 captains guided the participants in co-creating and integrating while displaying the personalized team name, formation, and motto that best represented their group as a whole.

In the afternoon, Dai Jiemin enlivened the atmosphere of the scene through the warm-up game “Peach blossoms bloom”, led all employees to integrate into the team, and quickly entered the state of expansion.

For directional movement, each team must locate task points and finish the assignment fast in order to successfully complete all assignment in the minimum amount of time. These various games and assignment not only tests the speed of completion, but also tests everyone's leadership, thinking ability and teamwork ability. Every obstacle is a priceless opportunity to learn, even if we fails temporarily. However, it's similar to having problems at work in that you must remain composed, work to solve them, and break through mental barriers.

Throughout the project, all the team members help each other. The captains cheered the members to raise everyone's enthusiasm and self-confidence, so that atmosphere was warm and active. With the mutual cooperation and persistence of all personnel, they have successfully completed the tasks, which enhances the courage of everyone to challenge their limit, as well as the cohesion and centripetal force of the overall team.

While shearing their feelings the representatives of groups said that by participating in this exercise, they had learned the value of collaboration, which required everyone to adopt a positive attitude, refrain from complaining or running away, and work together to achieve the goal.

Mr. Deng concluded the activity by saying that it is crucial for a team to be united. This activity highlights the value of collaboration and communication. Along with sharing in the happiness of achievement, it is certain that everyone will comprehend the value of teamwork and be aware of the obligations that come with being a part of the team.

During this activity, all employees collaborated, and as they worked together to finish these assignments. They continuously developed a tacit understanding of the team, and strengthened the team's cohesion and willpower.
