On March 27th, GSP held the opening ceremony of 2024 Cyanlemon Project. Over 30 new college graduates participated in this project and we call new interns "Cyanlemons". The GSP founder Mr. Jiaru Zhou, CEO Richard Zhou and CHO Zhijuan Tang graced the ceremony with their presence.
The Cyanlemon Project help graduates as they transition from college to face real-world challenges. This project focuses on centralized training to promote Cyanlemon camaraderie while also establishing their cultural identity within the organization. GSP offers hands-on experience and invaluable guidance as employees navigate their roles. Cyanlemons were trained for a quality improvement program. The impact of group activities was very clear and effective.
